Hi all Sarranuva here and I’m back again with another guide.
If you’re grinding out the C.H.E.T.T. Lists for the ability to unlock additional Cartel Reputation and you’ve seen the Loot 25 Shiny Trash Cans or Overflowing Dumpsters on the list, then you’ve probably skipped it – I’m here to tell you not to!
Theres a very simple and easy trick to loot the same trash cans over and over again so you can get the 25 in seconds!
Shout out to Mantheus for this tip as I picked it up on his stream today and I thought it was too good not to share!
In order to do this, you need to disable Auto Looting. So head to your options and under controls untick AutoLoot. I would also check your addons for anything that does automatic looting such as Autolooter. Disable these and reload your UI.
Now all you need to do is find a Shiny Trash Can and click it. I have my loot window opening on my mouse, so I’m moving back and forth here to allow me to click the trash can over and over again, but I imagine moving the loot window will be sufficient as you don’t need to click the window closed every time.
And that’s it – a simple and easy way to quickly loot a Shiny Trash Can 25 times in seconds for the C.H.E.T.T. List task in The War Within.
