In just under two weeks time the new Mythic season kicks off in World of Warcraft.  With that comes eight “new” dungeons, Fated raids and a whole new challenge for players.

For most players, new Mythic + Seasons bring new rewards with the weekly vault giving you 304 ilvl gear for completing a 15+ key. Dungeon loot will drop 288 for 15+ as well.  Similarly Fated raids drop 265-272 ilvl for RaidFinder, 278-285 ilvl for Normal, 291-298 ilvl for Heroic and 304-311 ilvl for Mythic.

So, in short, it’s no mean feat attempting Mythic+ and Fated raids – especially with that ilvl reward increase.

Making gold during Season 4 is going to come down to the main replenishable items that most Goldmakers have relied on:   Armor Patches, Enchants, Pots, Flasks, Stone, Oils and Drums.

I would get ahead of the Season and craft a lot of these items in advance and have them ready to go for at least a weeks’ worth of stock – then restock and continue.

Obviously, each spec has it’s own best in slot items for these consumables, but getting to know the best sellers is essential to understanding how to make gold.  Of course, profit margins is also something you should be considering, but you can only look into that when you know the best-sellers – and that’s where I hope to help you.

In todays video I’m going to cover the Top items you should be crafting for each profession to make gold when Season 4 starts:

Leatherworking

We’ll get the easy one out of the way: leatherworking.  You’re going to want to craft:

  • Drums of Deathly Ferocity
  • Heavy Desolate Armor Kit

For materials, you’re going to want to purchase them as cheap as possible.  For leatherworking these are:

  • Heavy Desolate Leather
  • Pallid Bone

Blacksmithing

Next up is Blacksmithing.  You’re going to want to craft:

  • Shaded Sharpening Stone
  • Shaded Weightstone

For materials,  you’re going to need:

  • Shaded Stone
  • Lightless Silk

Alchemy

This is varied and all have different sell-rates/usage, but overall Flasks are going to be your constant sellers here and I would focus on creating:

  • Spectral Flask of Power
  • Spectral Flask of Stamina

For weapon enhancements, you’re going to stock up on Oils:

  • Shadowcore Oil
  • Embalmer’s Oil

For utility potions you’re going to stock up on:

  • Potion of Divine Awakening
  • Potion of Empowered Exorcisms
  • Potion of Phantom Fire
  • Potion of Sacrificial Anima
  • Potion of Spectral Agility
  • Potion of Spectral Intellect
  • Potion of Spectral Strength
  • Potion of Spiritual Clarity
  • Potion of the Hidden Spirit

And finally for survivability, you will need to be crafting a lot of:

  • Cosmic Healing Potion
  • Spiritual Mana Potion

For the materials you should be stockpiling/getting cheap, I would recommend:

  • First Flower
  • Death Blossom
  • Rising Glory
  • Vigil’s Touch
  • Widowbloom
  • Marrowroot
  • Nightshade

Cooking

For cooking, I would recommend investing heavily in:

  • Feast of Gluttonous Hedonism
  • Iridescent Ravioli with Apple Sauce
  • Spinefin Souffle and Fries
  • Steak a la Mode
  • Tenebrous Crown Roast Aspic

Materials for Cooking are from Fishing and farming, so try to pick these up cheaply or from Mission Tables/Covenant events if you can.  The main stock you should be investing in is:

  • Spinefin Piranha
  • Silvergill Pike
  • Elysian Thade
  • Iridescent Amberjack
  • Lost Sole
  • Tenebrous Ribs
  • Phantasmal Haunch
  • Shadowy Shank
  • Raw Seraphic Wing
  • Creeping Crawler Meat

Inscription

For the hardcore Mythic+ players, it’s important to have the right talents in place, so I would recommend crafting a handful of:

  • Tome of the Still Mind

If you’re not in the glyph market then you might not have many of these materials but if you do then this should be an easy win.  If not, then get as many as cheaply as possible:

  • Luminous Ink
  • Umbral Ink

Now, that pretty much covers the items that are needed to fuel a Mythic+/raider.  However, once they’ve got that sweet, sweet loot and ilvl upgrades, they’re gonna need to enhance it and that’s where Enchanting and Jewelcrafting come into play.

Enchanting

I would recommend making a tonne of these in advance – the profit margins won’t be huge, so where you can make cost savings will make or break this market for you.  The ones I would focus on are:

Boots

  • Eternal Agility
  • Soul Treads

Bracers

  • Eternal Intellect
  • Shaded Hearthing

Chest

  • Eternal Bounds
  • Eternal Skirmish
  • Eternal Stats

Cloak

  • Fortified Avoidance
  • Fortified Leech
  • Fortified Speed
  • Soul Vitality

Gloves

  • Eternal Strength

Rings

  • Tenet of Critical Strike
  • Tenet of Haste
  • Tenet of Mastery
  • Tenet of Versatility

Weapons

  • Celestial Guidance
  • Lightless Force
  • Sinful Revelation

Again, the mats are the same for the majority of these and I would try to pick up what you can as cheap as you can:

  • Soul Dust
  • Sacred Shard
  • Eternal Crystal

Jewelcrafting

Finally we have Jewelcrafting.  These don’t sell half as well as they used to mainly due to the lack of sockets in end game items, but nonetheless they do sell.  I would recommend each of the main stats:

  • Deadly Jewel Cluster
  • Masterful Jewel Cluster
  • Quick Jewel Cluster
  • Versatile Jewel Cluster

As for the materials, I would say:

  • Angerseye
  • Oriblase
  • Umbryl

And that’s it, a quick video for anyone who has a profession maxed out and wants to know which items to craft as priority ahead of Season 4 Mythic+ for Consumables, Enhancements and Enchants!  Less than 2 weeks to go so get crafting!
