If you’re familiar with oldschool chat room servers like IRC (Internet Relay Chat), then you will be very much at home on Discord. If you’re unfamiliar with Discord then you’re missing out.
What is Discord?
For those who don’t know Discord, then I’ll let Wikipedia explain it:
Discord is an American VoIP, instant messaging and digital distribution platform designed for creating communities. Users communicate with voice calls, video calls, text messaging, media and files in private chats or as part of communities called “servers.” Servers are a collection of persistent chat rooms and voice chat channels.

The whole premise of Discord is that you join “Servers” or “Communities” and there are hundreds of World of Warcraft servers set up around classes, communities, secret finding and more. Where I’m gonna focus on however are some of my favourite Discord servers for World of Warcraft Goldmaking.

The Gold Dipper
Ran by Jack The Dipper, this friendly wow goldmaking server is one of the nicest servers around. It contains several of the best YouTube goldmakers out there and is the perfect place so start gathering information, tips and friendships.
Furthermore, Jack is kind enough to syndicate several YouTube channel releases so it’s a great place to stay up to date on the latest Goldmaking information.

Ran by DalaGG, the guy who releases a YouTube video nearly every day, this Discord server is also the support channel for DalaGGs WorthIt addon. Again, one of the most positive discord servers around, it’s a warm and welcoming place whether you are new to WoW goldmaking or not.
Populated by EU and US gold goblins, DalaGGs server is a must!

If you don’t know Samadan then you must be new to wow goldmaking! Samadan is one of the nicest people you will meet in life, let alone the wow goldmaking community. A laboured, calm and articulate teacher, his Discord server is friendly, active and full of likeminded people!

The official discord of one of reddits best goldmaking subreddits, the WoW Economy and TSM Discord server is the official server of TradeSkillMaster – an essential tool in goldmaking!
